When you complete our online waiver, we collect your child’s name and date of birth, and your email address and phone number as the parent or guardian.

Like most websites, our hosting provider and the tools we use may record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you visit, and the date and time of your visit. Our server also periodically requests our public rating and review count from Google. These requests don’t include any visitor’s personal information.

• Google Maps, Google Places and Google Reviews. We show our location, opening hours, rating and customer reviews using Google services. Reviews you post on Google are public and governed by Google’s own privacy policy. Our website does not collect reviews from you. We sometimes quote public Google reviews on our website, shown with the reviewer’s first name and last initial. If you’d like your review removed from our site, contact us and we’ll take it down.
• Instagram and Facebook. Our social media links take you to those platforms.
• Our website host. Our website is hosted by Bluehost, which may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site.
• Waiver provider. Online waivers are completed through ClubSpeed, which collects and stores the information you enter under its own privacy policy.

Children’s privacy

Our website is meant for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. A child’s name and date of birth are collected on our waiver only, and only from the parent or guardian who completes it. We use this information to manage safe play and keep waiver records, and we do not use it for marketing. If you believe a child has given us personal information without a parent’s permission, contact us and we will delete it.

Our website and the services listed above may use cookies, which are small files stored on your device, to make the site work and to understand how it is used. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
