What if we forget socks?
No worries. Socks are available for purchase at the front desk.
Do adults need to wear socks too?
Yes. DinoDash is a socks-only facility for adults and kids. Shoes stay off in the play area, and cubbies are available near check-in.
What if my family gets hungry?
The cafe offers hot food, snacks, and drinks so parents and kids can refuel during the visit.
Can I have a party without a reservation?
Party celebrations need a reservation. DinoDash offers multiple party package sizes for different groups.
Can I play in the inflatables with my child?
No. Adults should not enter the inflatables for safety reasons.
Do you offer free Wi-Fi?
Yes. Parents can use the free Wi-Fi while kids play.
Can I drop off my kids and pick them up later?
No. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Do your hours change?
Hours are usually consistent, but private parties and special events can change open play availability. Check before you come.

Yes. Everyone entering the play arena needs a waiver. Completing it online before arrival saves time at check-in.
How long are lost-and-found items kept?
Lost-and-found items are donated on the first day of each month unless you contact DinoDash and ask the team to hold an item longer.
Can I leave and come back the same day?
Yes. Keep your receipt and tell the front attendant before leaving so same-day re-entry is smooth.
Can I go in the play structure with my children?
Adults may go into the soft-play structure, but should not run, jump, or use the inflatables.

Can I bring alcoholic beverages?
No. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed.
Can I bring outside food and drinks for a party reservation?
Yes, party reservations may bring outside food and drinks, but an outside catering fee can be added to the bill.
What if extra children show up for the party?
Extra children can attend for an added fee of $15 per child.
If I arrive late, do I get extra room time?
No. Party rooms still need to be vacated by the end of the reservation slot. A $75 fee applies for each 15 minutes over the room time.
What happens if we do not vacate the party room on time?
A $75 fee applies for each additional 15 minutes in the party room. Guests may keep playing in the open play area until closing, when available.
When can I come in to set up?
Setup can begin 15 minutes before the reservation time. The team may still be finishing cleanup from the previous party.
Can I bring my own decor?
Yes. Please avoid bubbles, silly string, confetti, and confetti balloons. Use pushpins or scotch tape for wall decor.
When is party food served?
A typical food timeline is about 1 hour and 15 minutes into the reservation. Tell your party host if you need a different timing.
When can party guests check in?
Check-in opens 15 minutes before your party starts. We can’t check guests in any earlier, so please plan to arrive within that window.
