Booking & Cancellation Policy
- Lock in your spot: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- 72+ Hours Notice: You can move your party date one time for free if you give us at least 72 hours’ notice.
- Late Changes: Rescheduling within the 72-hour window incurs a $75 processing fee. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit.

Before the party
- Waivers need to be completed by each guest.
- Socks are required for kids and adults in the play area.
- Reservation time begins promptly as booked.
Decor and food
- Cake and cupcakes are allowed.
- Outside food and drinks may incur an outside catering fee.
- No confetti, bubbles, silly string, tape, or adhesives on walls.
During the celebration
- All children need to be supervised by adults.
- Unscheduled parties are not allowed at DinoDash.
- The party host sets up DinoDash-provided decor only.

Can we bring Cake?
Yes, absolutely! You are always welcome to bring your own birthday cake or cupcakes to celebrate the big day at no extra charge.
Can we bring Outside Food & Catering?

Do guests need socks?
Yes. Socks are required for kids and adults.
Can we tour first?
You are welcome to tour the facility before booking.
What if we exceed the guest limit?
If you have extra kids attending, a fee of $15 per additional child will be added to your final balance. (Adult chaperones are always free!)
Can we bring our own decor?
You are welcome to bring your own decorations! To ensure a smooth cleanup, please note that confetti, confetti balloons, silly string, and bubbles are not permitted. For hanging wall decor, please use pushpins or scotch tape only.
