Party Packages:
Each package includes 2 hours of private room reservation, a shared party host, bluetooth speaker with microphone, and tableware. Party Host will only be able to set up in-house decor.

Please note the following :
- Unscheduled parties are not allowed at DinoDash.
- Waivers need to be completed by each guest.
- Confetti, bubbles, silly strings or anything of that matter is not allowed (causes slippery floors). Please contact us if you have items that could be questionable.
- Tape & adhesives not allowed on walls.
- Outside food and drinks, other than cake & cupcakes, will incur an Outside Catering Fee.
- Socks REQUIRED for kids and adults. Shoes are not allowed inside the facility. Please communicate with your guests
- Reservation time begins promptly as booked. Late arrivals will not be allotted additional time.
- 50% non-refundable deposit required for reservations. Remaining balance is due at end of party. Option to pay in full ahead of time is available.
- A 90% non-refundable deposit is required to book a PRIVATE FACILITY RENTAL.
- You can begin setting up your party room 15 minutes prior to reservation time.
- All children need to be supervised by adults.
- Party host will only be able to set-up DinoDash’s provided decor. Host will not be expected to assist with external decor.
- You can tour the facility for free on weekdays during business hours. Please note that if your child is with you, we’ll have to charge you admission. Also, remember to wear socks.
Cancellation Policy:
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book a birthday party.
- Cancellations with 72 hours or more notice will be accommodated with a one time reschedule option.
- Subsequent Reschedule after the first, will be charged a $75 processing fee (regardless of time of notice)
- Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will forfeit the full deposit without option to reschedule.
- Reschedule Request with less than 72 hours‘ notice will be charged a $75 processing fee.
- If our facility is closed due to inclement weather or any other acts of God, your reservation will be rescheduled. No refund will be issued.
